Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- Items must be unused and in their original condition, including packaging.
- Custom or personalized items are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
- If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Exchanges are only available for items of equal or lesser value.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- We carefully pack each piece with the utmost care to ensure it arrives safely. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage or defect.
- We will gladly offer a replacement or a refund for the damaged item once we verify the issue.
- If you receive a damaged item, please keep the original packaging as it may be required for the claim process.
Shipping Costs:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return items as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
